Family Dentistry Services in Johnson City, TN
Our family dentistry services help each patient maintain a functional set of teeth that enables them to eat and talk normally. These services consist of all the ways we fix their teeth, replace their teeth when some are missing, or adjust the position of their teeth and jaws to improve their sleep.
Fillings
Tooth-colored fillings keep smiles bright while repairing any damage done by decay. Now your fillings won’t darken like metal ones did.
Crowns and Bridges
A crown keeps a tooth strong, even if it has experienced an impact injury or a large area of decay. Crowns also upgrade the appearance of a dark, chipped or irregularly-shaped tooth. Bridges are an economical and fast way to replace missing teeth.
Root Canals
We can often save a tooth that is deeply decayed or has been injured in an accident. A root canal removes the soft inner tissue and replaces it with sterile material so the tooth can continue to function and brighten the patient’s smile.
Traditional Dentures
We insist that our patients’ dentures look completely natural and that they are comfortable. We’re not satisfied until our patients are completely happy with their dentures.
TMJ / TMD
“TMJ” refers to the temporomandibular joint near the ear. When this joint is inflamed or out of its correct position, there can be pain and loss of function. This is known as “TMD” or “temporomandibular joint disorder.” We can help.
Sleep Apnea TMJ / TMD
Snoring when you sleep? This can be a sign of “sleep apnea,” a serious sleep disorder that robs your body of oxygen and sleep, all night, every night. Please talk to us if you have been told you snore or stop breathing during sleep or have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. We can help relieve this condition and its negative impact on your health.
